Laurel Gamage is the Clinical Operations Director for Centers for Pain Management.

Laurel is an associate member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and an associate member of the Georgia Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. She is also a member of the National Association of Drug Diversion Investigators as well as the local Georgia Chapter of NADDI.
